		<description>this is helpful. I have a home in Vero Beach, Fl. 1500 square ft. block home. nothing fancy. slab foundation. it's assessed value is 65k at the courthouse. Tower Hill Insurance is making me pay insurance for a 170k home! they will not lower my insurance premium because they say that's what it would cost to replace it. hahaha. homes are going for 100.00 square foot. what can I do, yak? help.</description>

		<description>Great information, however, cost estimators are only as good as the database values used to make the calculations to begin with and should be area specific. So, for a place like Florida - I've only heard anecdotally  that the database sucks....so, who has a proven software program with an outstanding database?</description>
