Yeah, in selling personnel lines P&#038;C it's difficult to sell like a crazy man and keep your eyes on quality business and being honest with your customers.</description>

		<description>Interesting to hear you say this.  I've been thinking about the inescapable conflict of interest when salespeople give advice.  But we still need 'em.  Someone can be personally trustworthy and professionally compromised at the same time, but it's hard to walk that line.  Maybe if you do go back to sales, the Yak will have more fodder.  Please don't give this up.</description>
